LabOn (URL:http://www.labonapp.com/), a platform for availing homecare and healthcare facilities in the comfort of your premises, is owned and operated by Peoples Path Private Limited (“LabOn” or “we” and its connotations). LabOn respects the privacy of its patients and guests (“User” or “you” and their connotations) and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protect your privacy. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our mobile application, website or any other platform or medium (together “Platform”) through which we offer any services (“Services”).

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and practices regarding the collection and use of information you submit to us or which we collect through our Platform or during the course of our Services.

a. LabOn collects information that may be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) including, but not limited to, (i) name, location, profile, and contact information (ii) age, gender and other demographics (iii) details regarding your physical / mental condition, and any infirmities or illness you suffer, and all the information in relation thereto (you may choose to submit only that information which is mandatorily required). Any information specifically required for conducting the test may be gathered at the time of availing the Service.

b. LabOn also collects and stores certain information either when you provide it through the use of the Platform or Services and/or automatically as you navigate through the Platform and/or communicate with us in any other manner. For instance, we use “cookies” which are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our Services. Cookies can help us provide information that is targeted to your interests, that helps us do things such as understand how you use our Services or personalize your experience on the Platform.

c. We may collect information associated with any other account (such as your Facebook or Google account) that you use to sign in to or in any other manner connect with the Platform. LabOn strives to accurately record all information provided on our Platform from time to time.

a. We encourage you to review, correct, update, and/or change your account information or Personal Information at any time.

b. You have a right to review, update, correct, and delete your information at any time on our platform. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for reasonable business purposes.

a. We comply with generally accepted industry standard regulations regarding the collection, use, and retention of data. b. LabOn has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. These safeguards take into account the sensitivity of the information that LabOn collects, processes and stores and the current state of technology. LabOn follows generally accepted industry standards to protect your information submitted to LabOn, both during transmission and once received, including the use of vault and tokenization services from third party service providers.

c. While LabOn strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and thereby usage in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

d. LabOn neither accepts nor assumes any liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access, or other causes beyond LabOn’s control. We do not, under any circumstances, represent that our platform is completely void of malware including but not limited to viruses, spywares, cancel bots, Trojans, time bombs and any such application, which may be placed on our platform without our knowledge. However we shall take all the necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that our platform is free from the above-mentioned malware.

e. You also play an important role in keeping your information secure. Using unsecured Wi-Fi or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the Platform is never recommended. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your LabOn account or the device through which you access our Platform and/or Services (as the case may be) with anyone. If LabOn receives any instructions through any account or device or any other medium bearing your information, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions. Please remember that if you post any of your Personal Information in public areas of the Website such as in online forums or chat rooms, or in the Website’s searchable database, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of Website.
